General Questions

Have some questions about our services? Find the answers below. 

  • Booking Policies

    • A flat rate of £20 plus £0.50 per mile (round trip) will apply to all weddings outside of central Macclesfield. This fee is charged per artist.
    • If the wedding location is more than 2 hours away or the start time is before 7:00 AM,accommodation must be provided for the artist the night before the wedding.If your bridal party includes more than 6 people requiring makeup or hairstyling, additionalartists may be required at an extra fee of £150 per artist.
    • The Essential Bride package is only available Monday through Thursday.
    • The Signature Bride package is available Monday through Sunday but must be booked withat least 3 additional services if the wedding falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
    • All payments must be made by bank transfer (BACS) or card.
    • Full terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, are viewable in the Bridal Contract.

  • How far do you travel?

    I'm delighted to go wherever your love story takes you! Whether it's within Cheshire, across the UK, or to a dreamy destination abroad, my makeup and hair services are crafted to accompany you wherever you envision saying "I do."

  • What brands do you use?

    High quality makeup artistry is down to the artist, not the products. But our kits are roughly 80% high end brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Mac Cosmetics, Hourglass, Nars Cosmetics, and the rest is quality brands which have been tried and tested and loved by us. Our brushes and skincare are all high quality, professional standard products.

  • Where are you located?

    My studio address is: Cheshire Makeup Co, Waterside House, Waterside Mill, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7HG. Other Pro Artist team members are all located in Macclesfield.

  • Do you include lashes?

    Yes, every makeup application includes a pair of luxury strip lashes, or individual cluster lashes tailored to you, should you prefer.

  • Are you insured?

    Rest assured, we are fully insured with comprehensive coverage. 

  • What are your T's & C's?

    You will be able to view my full bridal terms and conditions upon enquiring. 

  • I'm worried about timings.

    We will discuss your morning schedule upon booking, and if you have a big bridal party, or an early ceremony time. I can bring a member of my pro artist team to help. Please note a second artist fee will occur.

  • LGBT Weddings?

    Here at Cheshire Makeup Co. we are 100% inclusive of anyone and everyone. This means if your wedding party doesn’t include a bride, or maybe two brides, of course we can help! It makes no difference to us who’s in the chair. If you want to discuss further, please give me a call!
